These terms govern your use of this website. Use of The Quality Bridge platform itself is governed separately: by the subscription agreement with the licensee, the company that holds the licence, and by the participant terms accepted by each invited CMO and MAH user when they first sign in.

1. Publisher

This website is published by The Quality Bridge, France ("we", "us"). See the legal notice.

2. Acceptance

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. We may update the terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your visit.

3. Purpose of the site

The site describes The Quality Bridge and lets you contact us. Its content is provided for information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract for the platform is formed through this site; a contract is formed only by a signed subscription agreement.

4. Regulatory position

The Quality Bridge is designed as a GAMP 5 Category 4 configured product. It is not a quality management system, is not the regulated system of record, and applies no electronic signature. Nothing on this site is a claim that any deployment has been validated for a given customer: validation of a computerised system for its intended use remains the responsibility of the regulated company that uses it, with the support described on Trust and security.

5. Intellectual property

The site and everything on it (text, images, screenshots, diagrams, logos, layout and code) are our property or are used under licence and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. You may view the site and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, adaptation or distribution requires our prior written consent. Third-party product names are the trade marks of their owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, that damages or interferes with it, that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system, or that collects data about other users. Automated scraping of the site is not permitted without our written consent.

7. Links

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of personal data. You may link to our home page provided the link does not suggest an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by French law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning them that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent courts of France, without prejudice to any mandatory rules of jurisdiction that apply to consumers.
